What we collect
Browsing. When analytics is on, we may record pages viewed, referring site, approximate country, device type, browser, campaign tags, and date. A random visit ID may sit in session storage for the current tab. JMP analytics does not use tracking cookies. Opening a product PDF or clicking a phone or email link may be logged the same way.
Search. Search text is processed on our servers to match the catalog. It is not sent to an AI service to generate answers.
Contact and quotes. We collect what you submit (such as name, email, phone, company, message, and products you attach) and the page you sent it from.
Accounts. If you sign in, we use cookies and session data to keep you logged in. We store the email and role an administrator assigned. Password-reset email goes only to that address, with a short-lived link.
On your device. The site may remember recent searches, recent products, and theme preference in local or session storage. You can clear that in the browser.
How we use it
We use this information to run and secure the site, answer sales and support requests, measure traffic, match catalog search, and sign authorized users in. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Detailed visit logs are kept for a limited time, then removed or rolled into summaries. Contact submissions are kept as ordinary business records unless you ask us to delete them sooner, if the law allows.
Your choices
Email sales@transmittersolutions.com to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. This site is not directed at children under 13.
